  NOT IN THE WEST OAKS MALL - Aesthetically pleasing store. Very modern. High traffic store day or night. Does not seem to be able to manage the foot traffic well. Expect a wait. Day or evening. You may skip the wait during the lulls of the day. Setting: 5 Stars Service Skills: 4 Time to Service: 2.5 Service * *25 minute wait for service one evening.

  Absolutely terrible service inside this T-Mobile location. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! There's much better stores in the area. The customer service rep who I spoke with was not wearing any name tag, so I'll describe him. He was middle aged, Latino, about 5'6", snake bite piercings, reeked of pot smoke, has long gross fingernails (with glitter nail polish as well) and a "man bun". I was not greeted when I entered the store, the representative seemed bothered that I disrupted his day, and he didn't explain anything to me in any detail. I decided to walk out and call 611, as this particular representative inside the store rudely suggested to me, as I got frustrated with his lack of product knowledge and T-Mobile offerings. And apparently, this store is a corporate store. How the hell does this guy still have a job with all the training he has to go through to be there?!? I do not recommend this location for getting your T-Mobile plan serviced or upgrading devices.
